THE CITY looks its best about half an hour after sunset when the sky is darkening to the point it perfectly balances the lights of the buildings. Crossing the Victoria Bridge from Southbank into the city I captured this image of the city at its best, with new buildings under construction slowly reaching towards the sky to join the existing buildings. |
