Hello friends. Today I'm at a place called Canterbury Park in Bald Hills at the northern end of Brisbane. I'm at almost the mouth of the South Pine River where it drains into the North Pine River. This is not far from where I was recently (across the river). As you can see the tide is pretty well in at the moment and it is raining. Hopefully there won't be any big storms or anything. It is late afternoon. With a little bit of luck I'll catch the sunset from here later. In the meantime I'm going to be exploring the park and heading upstream towards the Bald Hills Bridge leading across into the Pine Rivers area and then I will make way way back through here.
Well friends I'm now back at the South Pine River where I started an hour or so ago. The sun is now setting behind the cloud and it is quite colourful. The rain has stopped falling now and the water is very still. This is where I will call it a day for today.
